A Trip to Monterey

There is nothing more peaceful to me than sitting by the water. The waves, the sound of the water hitting the rocks, the birds chirping, and the absence of city noises put me at ease. This is where I go when I need to gather my thoughts. I draw inspiration from nature, and I respect the pure, uninterrupted beauty it can show me.

The photo on the right was accidental. I was going for the sun, and I caught a candid moment between a man and his dog. This photo represents silence, love, and peace. All of which are things we forget to embrace from time to time. Open your eyes and shut your minds off for a few minutes a day, if possible.
